XinRui guarantees to the original consumer purchaser that, within the warranty period, products sold by XinRui business departments will not exhibit manufacturing or performance defects under normal consumer use. All XinRui products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal consumer use during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover:

(i) damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse;
(ii) damage caused by services provided by anyone other than XinRui;
(iii) modifications to the product or its parts made without XinRui's written consent;
(iv) products with serial numbers that have been removed or defaced.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service via email at info@xinrui.com.
We will reach out to you and request information about the device that has been found faulty or damaged. This information will be used to identify and diagnose the issue and attempt to resolve it according to the terms of the warranty. If our customer support team determines that it is a warranty issue, they will assist in returning the XinRui product. You must properly package the product and include proof of purchase along with the device. Then, you must mail or courier the item to the designated address. We will process your return and send the repaired or replaced product at our expense, with delivery time not exceeding sixty (60) calendar days.
